Parind Parekh - Advisor

Parind Parekh, who holds an accounting degree from Seton Hall and an MBA, is a serial entrepreneur.  In 2000, Parind created, built and sold a half dozen companies.  Parind’s greatest strength is to identify a company’s pain points and help them restructure.  To that end, he has turned around flailing companies into thriving enterprises.  He has raised money, restructured operations and costs, and, most importantly, grown revenue and profitability for numerous companies, including startups.  Parind’s diverse experience as an entrepreneur has given him valuable insight into various industries and financial models (both business-to-business and business-to-consumer) that he currently uses to build a new group of companies from the ground up.  His passion for sales and marketing helps him see the bigger picture and his accounting background helps him devise financial strategies that enable growth.  Parind also has considerable experience with emerging technologies, such as Blockchain and being one of the few people in the world who can design a fiber optic network.
