Dingell. Lon holds a BA from Arizona State University.

Anita earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University’s School of Law and has been a practicing attorney for 27 years. She is now an equity partner at her law firm. Throughout her career, Anita has managed litigation in various areas of law, honing her skills as a strategic thinker while maintaining a conservative approach.
Parind Parekh - Advisor
Parind Parekh, who holds an accounting degree from Seton Hall and an MBA, is a seasoned serial entrepreneur. Since 2000, Parind has created, built, and sold half a dozen companies. His greatest strength lies in identifying a company’s pain points and restructuring them into thriving enterprises. He has successfully turned around struggling businesses by raising capital, restructuring operations and costs, and most importantly, increasing revenue and profitability for numerous companies, including startups.
Parind’s diverse entrepreneurial experience has provided him with valuable insights into various industries and financial models, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer. This expertise is now being applied to building a new group of companies from the ground up. His passion for sales and marketing allows him to see the bigger picture, while his accounting background enables him to devise financial strategies that promote growth.
Additionally, Parind has considerable experience with emerging technologies, such as Blockchain, and is one of the few people in the world who can design a fiber optic network.
